Travelled to Damascus to help coach the first gathering of the Syrian Childrens' Orchestra

Directed the first 'Cello Shindig' for cellists of all ages above grade 4 standard. We read arrangements of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Prokofiev Faure and John Williams. Was very successful with a great turnout, will definitely be repeated.

Industry showing of a film for which I have made the soundtrack. The film is about Daniil Kharms, a Russian poet who was arrested by the KGB for his absurdist views. Lovely live-stop animation by the film maker Asya Lukin.

Written two new pieces for young players. A jazzy number for solo piano, and an ensemble piece called Autumn Leaf Shuffle.

A new lullaby written for a friend's baby, performed at the Christening. Scored for two flutes, Clarinet and cello. I have also made a piano version.
